WHY WE HEAL

I'm a survivor of CSA and currently experiencing post-traumatic growth.

After losing a friend to suicide, and while recovering from major reconstructive foot surgery, I needed a productive outlet for my grief but also a way to honor my friend.

We choose to heal not because it's easy but because the benefits are liberating. We heal to improve the quality of our lives, to strengthen connections, to love ourselves fiercely, and to empower each other.

I hope these conversations show that you're not alone and that you can heal too.
